Terms and Conditions

You are advised to read these terms and conditions. Any putter sent in for refurbishment or customisation will assume that the customer has read and agreed the terms and conditions set out below.

The information below should be read thoroughly and carefully before any agreement to refurbishing or customising your putter is made. These terms and conditions are subject to variation without prior consent in writing from PJ Putters.

Once an order form has been completed and accepted in writing by PJ Putters, the customer(s) named on the order form will have entered into a binding contract on the basis of the following terms and conditions: 

Agreement 

Agreement, based on the outlined terms and conditions, arises upon fulfilment of all of the following: 

Receipt and clearance of money in PJ Putters’s bank account of full payment or deposit as detailed in the payment section. 

Written acceptance by PJ Putters

The Agreement is between PJ Putters and the customer(s) on the order form and is the sole agreement between those parties, PJ Putters reserves the right, without need to give reason and at its discretion, to refuse an order to any party or individual. Under such circumstances any payment made will be returned. 

The agreement is governed by English law. 

Payment 

The balance of the fees as specified on the order form and or work sheet must be paid in full by the date specified on the order form, or if no date is specified then before any order is retired to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Should the customer cancel his order for any reason, then no refund would be given if work has started on the item, and the customer is required to pay the postage of the return of the item.

Changes

We reserve the right to change or alter any/all the prices from those advertised and may from time to time change the description of any part of the P J Putters website without notice.

Liability 

PJ Putters accepts no responsibility for any damage done to a putter by corrosive Chemicals or grit used in the process of maintenance on any golf course, whether it be the greens, fairways or tees or any part of a golf course.

In the unlikely event that a customer has cause for complaint about PJ Putters, it should be put in writing or email. Should a problem not be resolved, a complaint should be made in writing within 28 days or it will not be upheld. 

Acceptance

By using complete an order it is assumed that the customer has read this document, acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.

Refunds

No refunds will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Due to the chemicals and grit used on golf courses we do not offer refunds or warranties on any of our refurbishments or customisations. 

Refund Policy

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. 

Postage

Unless agreed by PJ Putters, all postage is paid by the customer. This must be insured to a minimum of £500 or the value of the item. The item postage must be tracked and signed for.

A Refund can only be given at the sole discretion of PJ Putters.

Should a refund be agreed, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase.
